Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Guests are asked to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in, and to let the resort know their expected arrival time in advance. The minimum age for check-in is 18.
Good to know
Children of all ages are welcome and children aged 12 and above are charged as adults. An extra bed is available on request at AED 100 per person per night, subject to availability, and cribs and extra beds are paid for separately during the stay. Pets are not allowed. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by rate and accommodation type, and different policies may apply for bookings of more than five rooms.
